The role of your United Way is to:
- Evaluate community needs and fund service providers who address those needs - COMMUNITY INVESTMENT
- Raise money to support those agencies and programs serving our residents - CAMPAIGN
- Carefully process and track donations, distribute funds to appropriate agencies - FISCAL MANAGEMENT
- Implement a direct response to unmet needs through community service programs - INHOUSE PROGRAMS
Our goal is to help the Illinois Valley community understand the United Way experience. Serving an average of 30,000 individuals annually is evidence that people need and receive help everyday . . . through United Way.
